Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.

Processing. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships; the first tracking update can take 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery times. Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Delivery to remote areas can take longer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Customs and taxes. We ship from international fulfillment centers. For most destinations no import charges apply to orders of our value. If your country charges import duties or VAT on arrival, those charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address or lost parcels. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address, we reship it once free of charge. If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, write to hello@naviamar.com and we send a replacement.
