Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn piece in its original packaging.

How to start a return. Email hello@naviamar.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds. Once the return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Discount codes applied to the order are deducted proportionally.

Exchanges. Prefer a different size or color? Tell us in your email and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original.

Damaged or wrong items. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace the item free of charge, no return needed.

Lifetime color warranty. Separate from returns: if a piece ever fades or tarnishes, we replace it for life. See the warranty page for details.

Not eligible. Earrings that have been worn (for hygiene reasons), items damaged by misuse, and items returned after 30 days.
