Every Naviamar piece is covered against fading and tarnishing for life. If the color of your jewelry ever changes, we replace it, no questions asked.
How to claim
- Email hello@naviamar.com with your order number and a photo of the piece.
- We confirm within 2 business days.
- Your replacement ships free of charge.
What is not covered
Physical damage such as broken clasps or bent chains, and lost items. For those, write to us anyway: we often can help.
